Fixed-Rate Mortgages

Expanded Approval™
Specifically geared toward those that are concerned about past credit problems or less-than-perfect credit. Expanded Approval is available as a fixed rate mortgage with a term of 15, 20 or 30 years, or a 30-year adjustable rate mortgage (ARM).

Timely Rewards®
Part of the Expanded Approval program, if you make your mortgage payments on time for 24 consecutive months, you can actually reduce your interest rate!! This program is only available on a 30-year fixed mortgage.

MyCommunityMortgage™
An ideal mortgage solution for borrowers who have limited savings and/or cash assets, no credit, or nontraditional income sources, such as rental payments from boarders. The program covers up to a 40-year mortgage.

Mobile Home Mortgages
Now available for those borrowers who wish to purchase a mobile home. This program finances mobile homes that are located on leased or owned land.
